  • 1Remove old screen rooms, cages, and covers
  • 2Haul away frame, screen, and debris
  • 3Slab left clean and ready for a rebuild

Sometimes the old enclosure is too far gone to save, or you just want it off the house. We tear out the frame, screen, and hardware, haul it all away, and leave you a clean slab — no pile of rusted aluminum sitting in the side yard for a month.

Most tear-outs are the first half of a new build, and doing both together saves you a second mobilization and a second bill. If you're planning to rebuild, tell us up front and we'll price it as one job.

If you only want the thing gone and no replacement, that's fine too — we'll quote the removal straight, with the haul-away and disposal included so there are no surprise fees at the end.
