J-Rod and Sons Screen Rooms was founded in 2015 with one vehicle, a direct number, and a simple rule: the owner quotes the job, the owner runs the job, and the owner walks it with you at the end. That has not changed.
No shortcuts.
No strangers.
The biggest lie in this industry is that any roofer or handyman can build a screen enclosure — that the cheapest bid wins, and that a warranty covers everything.
None of that is true, and we will tell you so plainly.
Jerrold quotes the job and runs the job. When you walk the finished work, it is the owner standing next to you — not a field supervisor who showed up in the last hour.
Every build carries a 10-year workmanship warranty. That is not a brochure line — we can only offer it because we do not cut corners on the parts nobody sees, and we do not leave until you have walked the job and signed off.
We turn down work we cannot do well, and we tell people when our service will not fix the underlying problem. If someone wants us to cut corners to hit a number, we are the wrong company — that is the one job we always pass on.
That is the same answer we have given every customer since 2015.
I may not claim to be the best contractor in the industry, but I promise to give every project my very best effort.
Who does the work
Fifteen years in the screen enclosure trade and 300+ enclosures across Northeast Florida. Jerrold quotes every job and runs it himself, and every build carries his 10-year workmanship warranty. He got into the trade when a friend gave him a shot, and founded J-Rod in 2015.
