A pool enclosure — a screen cage — surrounds your pool and deck with an aluminum frame and screen. In Jacksonville that means a lot less skimming, fewer chemicals fighting organic debris, and a barrier that keeps kids and pets from wandering into the water unsupervised.

We build new cages and re-screen existing ones. If your frame is sound but the panels are sagging or torn, re-screening is far cheaper than a rebuild, and that's what we'll recommend. If the frame itself is corroded through, we'll show you why patching it is throwing money away.

Screen choice matters here: standard fiberglass is fine for most yards, but if no-see-ums are your problem, standard mesh won't stop them and you'll need a tighter weave. We size the recommendation to your yard, not to the highest ticket.

Pool Enclosures & Screen Cages FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

What is a pool screen enclosure (cage)?
An aluminum-framed screen structure over your pool and deck that keeps out leaves, bugs, and debris and adds a safety barrier around the water.
Can you re-screen my existing pool cage instead of replacing it?
Yes. If the aluminum frame is sound and only the panels are sagging or torn, re-screening is far cheaper than a rebuild — and that's what we'll recommend.
Will a cage really cut down on pool cleaning?
Yes — a cage keeps out most leaves and organic debris, which means a lot less skimming and an easier chemical load. How much depends on your yard's trees and exposure.
What screen stops no-see-ums around a pool?
Standard screen won't stop no-see-ums — you need a tighter no-see-um mesh. We only recommend it if your area actually has the problem.
Does a pool cage add safety?
Yes. It adds a barrier that helps keep kids, pets, and wildlife from wandering into the water, on top of keeping debris out.
